Personalised AI Mentoring for Your Role

Why Choose Personalised Support

A self-paced course teaches a skill well, but it can't know your specific software, your executive's preferences, or the particular thing about your organisation that makes the generic advice not quite fit. 1:1 mentoring is for the questions that come after the course: "how does this actually apply to my inbox," "what should I do differently given my organisation's tools," or "I've tried this and it's not quite working, why not." It's a conversation about your work, not a curriculum.

Some people call this kind of support AI coaching rather than mentoring — it's the same thing either way: personalised guidance built around your own role, not a fixed curriculum.

Who This Is For

Individual admin professionals — Executive Assistants, PAs, Virtual Assistants, Office Managers and other business support roles — who want personalised guidance on AI tools, workflows and confidence-building tailored to their own role. If you're looking for training delivered to a team or organisation rather than support for yourself individually, corporate training is the better starting point.

What We Can Work On Together

Built around your actual workload, not a fixed syllabus. Typical areas include:

Choosing the right tools

Working out which AI tools genuinely fit your organisation's software and your day-to-day tasks.

Building prompting confidence

Learning to give AI the context it needs to produce something useful on the first or second attempt.

Applying it to real workflows

Inbox management, meeting preparation, travel coordination, diary management, or whatever actually fills your week.

Working through what isn't working

If something you've tried hasn't delivered, working out why and adjusting the approach.

How It Works

It starts with a short mentoring diagnostic form covering your role, your experience with workplace AI tools, and what you'd like to get out of the mentoring. Craig reviews every response personally — there's no automated matching or decision-making involved. From there, sessions are arranged individually and delivered over Google Meet, with recording available only if you specifically choose it. Session format and length are agreed directly with you rather than fixed in advance, so get in touch to talk through what would actually help.

AI Tools Still Sit Inside Your Organisation's Rules

Mentoring can help you use AI tools more confidently, but it can't override your employer's IT, security or confidentiality policies, and it shouldn't try to. Any tool or workflow discussed still needs to fit within what your organisation actually permits. That's the working principle behind everything Admin AI Insights teaches: AI supports, humans decide. The judgement about what's appropriate for your specific workplace stays with you.

Confidentiality, in Brief

The diagnostic form and any mentoring records are kept in a restricted area accessible only to Craig. You're specifically asked not to share client names, passwords, commercially sensitive information, or any special-category personal data as part of mentoring. Full detail on what's collected, how long it's kept, and your rights is in the Privacy Policy.

Mentoring or a Self-Paced Course?

The self-paced courses are the better starting point if you want a structured, affordable way to build a specific skill at your own pace. Mentoring is for once you've got the basics, or when the question is specific enough to your own role that a general course won't quite answer it. Many people do both: a course to build the foundation, then mentoring to apply it properly.
