I saw a gap that was not being addressed clearly enough. Administrative professionals were being asked to work faster, think more strategically, and support more, at the same time that AI was reshaping the way knowledge work gets done. The guidance available was either too technical, too generic, or had nothing to do with the reality of office life.

I built Admin AI Insights because the administrative profession is too often overlooked in conversations about technology and the future of work. Administrative professionals belong in that conversation, and the training should reflect the reality of the work they actually do.
