• Newsletter sign-ups — your first name, last name, email address, company name, and job title when you subscribe via our sign-up form.
• Contact enquiries — name, email, and message when you reach out via our contact form.
• Analytics data — anonymised usage data collected automatically when you visit our website (see section 5).
• Cookie consent — a record stored locally in your browser indicating that you have accepted our cookie notice.

3. Why We Collect It (Legal Basis)

• Consent — we send marketing emails only where you have explicitly opted in and ticked the consent checkbox on our sign-up form.
• Legitimate interests — we use analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
• Contract performance — if you purchase a course or service, we process your data to fulfil that transaction.

4. Email Marketing — Brevo

We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to manage our mailing list and send newsletters. When you subscribe, your name and email address are stored securely on Brevo's servers in the EU.

Brevo is GDPR-compliant. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send. Full details of Brevo's data practices are available at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

5. Analytics — Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-5XZT6D9JTZ) to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics collects information such as:

• Pages visited and time spent
• General geographic region (country / city level)
• Device type and browser
• Referral source (how you found us)

This data is anonymised and aggregated. We do not use Google Analytics to identify individuals. IP anonymisation is enabled by default in GA4. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with the trusted third-party services listed in this policy (Brevo, Google Analytics) and only to the extent necessary to operate this website.

We retain your email marketing data for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your data is removed from our active lists. You may request complete deletion at any time (see section 9).

Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default in Google Analytics 4.

If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request that we delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we process your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from marketing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Our website is served over HTTPS. Email data is stored on Brevo's GDPR-compliant infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
