Strategic Executive Assistant · Speaker · AI Educator

I have spent more than two decades working in executive support across some of the most demanding environments in finance, private equity, and media. I understand what this role actually requires: the judgement, the anticipation, the discretion, the quiet risk management, and the ability to keep everything moving while appearing, somehow, perfectly calm.

I saw something that no one else was addressing clearly. Administrative professionals were being asked to work faster, think more strategically, and support more, at the same time that AI was reshaping the way knowledge work gets done. The guidance available was either too technical, too generic, or had nothing to do with the reality of office life.

So I built Admin AI Insights to close that gap.

"The administrative profession is too often overlooked in the technology conversation. This platform says clearly: you belong in the future of work, and you deserve tools built with your reality in mind."

The Mission

Why Modern Administrative Professionals
Need Better AI Support

Administrative professionals are being asked to support more, move faster, and think more strategically than ever before. At the same time, AI is changing the way work gets done across every sector. The problem is that almost none of the guidance available is built for this role.

Most AI content is written for product managers, developers, or generic knowledge workers. There is very little designed specifically for the people who manage executive diaries, coordinate cross-functional projects, brief leadership teams, plan complex events, and keep entire operations running without anyone noticing the effort involved.

The right AI tools, used well, reduce overwhelm. They create breathing room. They allow assistants to spend less time on repetitive friction and more time on the thinking, relationship management, and strategic support that actually defines great admin work.

Admin AI Insights was built to make that possible, with practical, credible education built around the work assistants actually do every day.

Principles

The Belief Behind
Admin AI Insights

Technology should support better work, calmer operations, and more human leadership.

01

AI should reduce pressure, not remove people.

The best assistants are valuable because they think clearly, build trust, manage relationships, and navigate complexity. AI should support that work, not replace it. The human judgement behind great admin work remains irreplaceable.

02

Administrative professionals deserve practical AI education.

Most AI advice online is either too technical, too generic, or disconnected from real office life. Admin professionals need realistic guidance built around the work they actually do every day, not adapted from someone else's use case.

03

Better systems create calmer professionals.

When repetitive friction is reduced, assistants gain more space to think strategically, support leadership properly, and protect their own wellbeing. Calm is not laziness. Calm is operational strength.
