Why I Built Admin AI Insights
I have spent more than two decades working in executive support across demanding industries and high-pressure environments. I know how much of this profession happens behind the scenes — the judgement, the anticipation, the diplomacy, the quiet risk management, the ability to keep everything moving while appearing, somehow, perfectly calm.
I also know how quickly the role is changing.
Administrative professionals are being asked to support more, move faster, and think more strategically than ever before. At the same time, AI is changing the way work gets done. The problem is that much of the conversation around AI still feels too generic, too technical, or completely disconnected from the reality of office life.
Most AI content is written for product managers, developers, or generic "knowledge workers". There's very little designed specifically for the people who manage executive diaries, coordinate cross-functional projects, brief leadership teams, plan complex events, and keep the whole operation running without anyone noticing the effort involved.
Admin AI Insights was built to close that gap.
This platform exists to help assistants understand what AI can genuinely do, which tools are worth their time, and how to use them in ways that support better work — without losing the human judgement that makes the role so valuable.
"The administrative profession is too often overlooked in the technology conversation. This platform says very clearly: you belong in the future of work, and you deserve tools built with your reality in mind."
